When you start home delivery service with us, your first delivery will include an insulated Smith Brothers Farms porch box. Our porch boxes are designed to accommodate most orders. When more space is needed, we will package additional items in an insulated bag. Your milkman will place the porch box in an ideal location on your first delivery. If you need to move your porch box to a different location, contact us so we can notify your milkman.

We'll pick up your porch box if you move or cancel your service. If we are not able to pick up your porch box or if it is damaged, you may be charged $60.
